The Jukebox Night was an experiment that went down really well!  At the beautiful beach bar BLANCO in Alcaidesa, we organised a buffet with vegan options and Chica DJs offered their services to be live a Live JukeBox for the evening. People could pay a Euro for any song they wanted. We also had a raffle and an auction of humans! Local restaurants had donated breakfasts or dinners and people could auction themselves off and go on a date with the highest bidder! It was a lot of fun! The Cabaret night was a hilarious event, thanks to the amazing Lola Boys who were booked as a donation by TAC’s very own Treasurer! Anyone who knows the Lola Boys will agree that they definitely get the crowd going. Everyone was in stitches!  The wonderful restaurant La Cabaña in Sotogrande with the very kind owners Juan and Raquel prepared a yummy buffet for vegans and carnivores.  To finish the night off, we did a raffle and all in all, over 1500 Euros were raised! Again for the most needy shelters in the Campo of Gibraltar. 

That particular night was organised by one of our volunteers Karolina who had the amazing idea to combine a Thai dinner with a Casino night at our local Thai restaurant Thai Fusion in Alcaidesa. Richard Atkinson donated a poker and roulette table, together with croupiers, to the event and people could buy fake money to gamble all throughout the night. Thais Fusion prepared a delicious three course meal with vegan options and after the food, we also had a raffle and an auction.
